Demonstration evenings
Kevin will run demonstration evenings from 6.30-9.30, usually on Wednesdays. This will include learning how to prepare a starter, a main course and a dessert and will also include eating them on the night! This will be for a maximum of 20 people at a cost of £100 per person.
Kevin’s cuisine is described as Classic French with a Modern British twist. Kevin only ever uses the finest seasonal ingredients that are locally sourced and ethically produced.
Kevin Gardner is one of only three Master Chefs of Great Britain in Norfolk, one of whom is Galton Blakiston from Morston Hall. Kevin is the owner and Head Chef of the King’s Head in Coltishall and he prides himself on running a traditional pub that serves excellent food. Kevin has worked with the best of the best, including Michel and Albert Roux.
